Higher Barton Lodge is a hidden gem in Martock, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. the shared lounge, garden, and terrace added to the charm of the property. the free WiFi throughout was a bonus for staying connected during my trip. The room I stayed in was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and kettle, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea after a long day of exploring. the electric kettle in the single room was a nice touch. the added amenities like the shower, free toiletries, and desk made my stay even more convenient. The location of Higher Barton Lodge was convenient, with Bristol Airport being the nearest airport. the proximity to attractions like Sherborne Old Castle and Golden Cap added to the appeal of staying here. the peaceful surroundings and on-street car parking made it a stress-free experience. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing everything from milk for my tea to helpful tips about the area. the clean and well-maintained room, along with the comfortable bed and flat-screen TV, made for a relaxing stay. Overall, Higher Barton Lodge exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a charming place to stay in Martock.
